At the moment, I think the text emphasizes the wrong thing in a confusing way. The current bolded title is not the primary message. Instead, what the page ''is'' should be emphasized. Therefore, the main part of the text should be changed to:

If a non-admin attempts to move a page into the MediaWiki space, he/she will get an error along with this interface message. The issue is that the move action is performed on [[Special:MovePage|a special page]] that does not have a talkPageTitle, and hence is currently giving:

On Wikipedia, there is a user group [[Wikipedia:Interface administrators|interface administrators]], which, if I understand correctly, can edit the same pages, which "Global interface editors" can.
