Acorn Computers' circuit diagram of the 8K RAM + 8K PROM Eurocard, drawing 200,003/C, issue 1 dated May 1979, drawn by CBT. Sixteen 2114 RAM positions (IC1–IC16), two 2716/2732 ROM sockets (IC17, IC18), 74LS42 decoders (IC19, IC24), 81LS95 buffers (IC21, IC23), INS8208 data buffer (IC22) and the RAM and PROM select links. Used as the memory and BASIC ROM card of the Acorn System 2 and 3.
