File:PsionLX soho image Tasks screen.png
Summary
[edit | edit source]
Psion's TASKS screen of PsionLX: eleven tasks in five groups (FILES, CONNECT, SECURITY, HELP and VISUALS), built by Psion's launcher from the task table inside the program. Captured from psionlx-cf-1gb.img, RetroTechCollection's full card image built on Psion's root filesystem of 4 January 2005, running under QEMU at 800 × 600 on 4 October 2026. The screen is the same in Psion's image; in the full image two of the tasks, "Back up your information" and "Synchronise with a PC", run corrected scripts.
The emulator has no Epson display controller, so the test copy of the image borrows an Xfbdev X server; everything else on screen is the image's own. The two applets at the right of the dock show red and blue swapped, which is an artefact of the emulator.
