Programmer's Guide to MPW, Volume I: Exploring the Macintosh Programmer's Workshop is a book by Mark Andrews in Addison-Wesley's Macintosh Inside Out series, © 1991, ISBN 0-201-57011-4. MPW, the Macintosh Programmer's Workshop, is Apple's command-line development environment for the Macintosh. Part One of the book covers the MPW Shell; Part Two builds a complete application, the Creation program, and explains how MPW programs use the Event Manager, Resource Manager and Memory Manager.[1]
