Templates {{tl|Interface explanation}} and {{tl|Protected interface}} currently link to the page on Meta: [[m:interface editors|interface editors]]. On Wikipedia, there is a user group [[Wikipedia:Interface administrators|interface administrators]], which, if I understand correctly, can edit the same pages, which "Global interface editors" can. :Interface editors is a correct link to meta. Interface administrators might also be correct, but the interface admin group on en is a subset of the administrator group in the context of most MediaWiki pages, so adding them is unnecessary.
