== Lead section rearrangement broken ==

On mobile, the first paragraph of the lead section is supposed to be rearranged above the infobox so the reader can begin reading it without scrolling. This process is rather fragile and can be broken by incorrect [[WP:ORDER|ordering of elements]] or bad lead section templates. This template seems to be causing a failure of rearrangement: compare [[United Nations Security Council Resolution 2735]], which uses {{tlx|pp}} and has the first paragraph below the infobox, and [[United Nations Security Council Resolution 2736]], which does not use it and has the first section above the infobox.
