I've made some changes to the way registration works, you now don't need to complete a captcha or wait for approval to become a user. You can just sign up and start contributing.

You can now contribute to the wiki anonymously (without an account). However, all changes and contributions will be moderated. If spam is noticed, IPs may be blocked. Known spam IP addresses from MediaWiki are also blocked from contributing. The level of spam we get will determin if it stays on or not.

Since user registration has been relaxed, and the enabling of anonymous contributions, change moderation has been enabled. If you contribute 3 known good posts to the wiki (and you're a registered user), you'll get the auto moderation role, meaning you can simply contribute without waiting for your changes to go live.
