HiNote VP Documentation describes the Digital Equipment Corporation user's and service guides for the HiNote VP notebooks, with the PDF of each. All five came from DEC's support site, later Compaq's and HP's legacy support pages, and were copied from a mirror of those pages.[1]

Digital HiNote VP User's Guide (ER-P90WW-UA.A01)

DEC's user's guide for the first Pentium HiNote VP, 120 pages with a text layer; Manx dates the part number to January 1996.[2][3] It covers features, installation and set-up, the NiMH battery and AC power system, power management, the BIOS setup program, PCMCIA cards and options, and troubleshooting.[2]

The mirror also holds quick reference cards for the VP 500 and 700 series and a Windows NT addendum for the VP 700.[1] Manx catalogues DEC's HiNote field service and field training material and a VP 500 series user's guide addendum for models 510 to 545 (ER-PB1WF-AA.B01), without working copies.[3] Wikipedia cites a VP 500 series service guide (September 1996) on Manx at an address that no longer serves the file.[8]
