Rebuilt against IBM's own PCjr Technical Reference (hosted here). Power section was wrong: the external brick is a 17 Vac transformer only - no rectifier, regulator or bulk capacitor - and all rectification, regulation and protection are on the internal Power Board; added IBM's +5/+12/-6 V rails, load currents, tolerances, trip points and the 1.5 A minimum +5 V load needed for -6 V.
