The fuse is not an Apple service part. Apple's replacement note specifies type MT4, 250 V 2 A, "available at most electronic stores". Do not fit an AppleCD 300 drive mechanism in an AppleCD 150 case: the SCSI-device-to-case cable will not connect correctly.
