Software by Design: Creating People Friendly Software for the Macintosh by Penny Bauersfeld. M&T Books, a division of MIS:Press (Henry Holt and Company), New York, ยฉ 1994. 341 pages in this scan.

A book about design process rather than code: improving a product under development, involving users in design, and using software prototyping tools. It sits alongside Programming The Micintosh User Interface 1986 as the interface-design end of this collection.

Not a repair source. This is a software book: no schematic, no parts list, no component value, no voltage and no fault-finding procedure for any machine. Nothing on this wiki should cite it for a hardware figure.
