Apple Guide Complete: Designing and Developing Onscreen Assistance by Apple Computer, Inc., Addison-Wesley Publishing Company, 565 pages, copyright 1995 Apple Computer, Inc.
Unlike most of the books in this category this is an Apple publication, part of the Apple Technical Library. It documents Apple Guide, the onscreen assistance system introduced with System 7.5: how to design guide content and how to build and compile it.

This is not a repair source
It is a programming book. It contains no service procedures, no exploded views, no parts lists, no schematics, no voltages and no component values, and nothing in it should be cited for a hardware figure. Apple's own repair documentation is in Category:Apple Service Source; for electrical data on a specific machine the Developer Notes are the place to look, because they carry rail currents, processor-direct-slot power budgets and connector pinouts that the Service Source manuals do not.
