- Insert the tab labelled "Model 65 SX" in front of the "Model 70" tab of the Hardware Interface Technical Reference, and file the IBM Personal System/2 Model 65 SX Technical Reference pages behind it.
- File the Model 65 SX Supplement page behind the Supplements tab in the BIOS Interface Technical Reference.
The Model 65 SX technical reference pages follow — the same material published bound as the October 1990 technical reference, seven months earlier.
What it does not contain

This is a loose-leaf update package, not a book. It has no contents page, no index and no standalone narrative: the first pages are IBM's filing instructions, followed by hard-tab separator sheets that say "Insert the hard tab labeled ... here, then discard this page", followed by the replacement pages themselves. Read it knowing that structure, or the first few pages look like a scanning error.
It contains no FRU numbers, no removal procedures, no component values and no schematics.
