Apple External Hard Drive SC Service Source

The External Hard Drive SC volume of Apple's Service Source is a 52-page service document for Apple's external SCSI hard drive enclosures. The PDF was distilled on 14 December 1995.

Unusually, the Exploded View comes first: it is on pdf pp. 2-3, before the Take Apart chapter.

What this manual does not contain

No Specifications chapter and no symptom chart. Nothing on capacity, transfer rate, supply rails or current draw; no parts list, no schematic, no component values. The manual does not name which mechanisms Apple shipped in these enclosures, so it cannot be used to identify a drive.
