Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual
The Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual (Apple Computer, Inc., 1985; published by Addison-Wesley) is Apple's own hardware reference for the Apple IIc.

edit- External power supply, Table 11-2 - line voltage 105 to 129 V AC, 60 Hz; maximum input power 25 W; output +15 V DC nominal at 1.2 A nominal; connected to the computer by a 7-pin DIN connector.
- Internal converter, Table 11-4 - input +9 to 20 V DC; maximum power 25 W; supply voltages +5 V ±5%, +12 V ±10%, −12 V ±10%; maximum currents +5 V 1.0 A, +12 V 0.6 A continuous / 0.9 A intermittent / 1.5 A surge for under 100 ms, −12 V 100 mA, (−5 V 50 mA); maximum case temperature 60 °C. −5 V is derived from −12 V on the main logic board, not produced by the converter.
- Environmental, Table 11-1 - operating temperature 10 to 40 °C, relative humidity 20% to 95%, line voltage 105 to 129 V AC. Apple's note that an overheated IIc can warp or melt a disk in the built-in drive.
- Video, Table 5-2 - low-resolution 40 × 48 in 16 colours; high-resolution 280 × 192 black-and-white or 140 × 192 in six restricted colours; double high-resolution 560 × 192 black-and-white or 140 × 192 in 16 colours with no restrictions. Video is available at both the RCA phono jack and the 15-pin D-type connector.
- The ROM banking soft switch at $C028, used by a 32K IIc to page the second 16K in and out - the original IIc has 16K.
