Metrowerks CodeWarrior Programming 1997

Metrowerks CodeWarrior Programming, Second Edition is a book by Dan Parks Sydow, published by M&T Books, a division of MIS:Press (Henry Holt and Company), New York, © 1997, ISBN 1-55851-505-4. The copyright page calls it the first edition, 1997, although the title page says Second Edition; it is the second edition of Metrowerks Code Worrior Programming 1995. It was sold with a CD-ROM. The printed book runs to xx + 534 pages; the scan has 547 PDF pages, ending with Metrowerks' warranty page and a page about the CD.[1]

Compared with the first edition it adds a chapter on Java applets and a chapter on PowerPlant classes, and appendices introducing C and C++. The acknowledgements name the Metrowerks staff who helped, including Greg Galanos (president), Greg Dow (PowerPlant), Eric Scouten (Constructor), Joshua Golub (ZoneRanger) and Steve Nicolai (Profiler).[1]
