It was sold with a CD-ROM. The text and index are numbered to p. 382, followed by the Metrowerks software licence and a page about the CD; the scan has 402 PDF pages.[1]
The book teaches Macintosh programming in C and C++ with Metrowerks CodeWarrior, building 68K and PowerPC versions of each example. The later chapters use Metrowerks' PowerPlant application framework and the Constructor resource editor. Metrowerks CodeWorrior Programming 1997 is the second edition.[1]
