Oh! Macintosh Pascal! 1986
Oh! Macintosh Pascal! is a book by George Beekman and Michael Johnson, published by W. W. Norton & Company, New York and London, © 1986, ISBN 0-393-95598-2. The printed book runs to x + 99 pages plus an error-message section and a tear-out reference card; the scan has 118 PDF pages.[1]
It is a supplement to Doug Cooper and Michael Clancy's textbook Oh! Pascal!, which teaches Standard Pascal. The authors, who taught the introductory course at Oregon State on Macintoshes from 1985, wrote it to cover the differences between Standard Pascal and Macintosh Pascal, and its chapters follow the chapters of the main text. It does not replace the main text. The authors designed and typeset it themselves on a Macintosh Plus and an Apple LaserWriter.[1]
