Sams ComputerFacts CSCS7
[edit | edit source]Howard W. Sams & Co. ComputerFacts set CSCS7, Apple Model IIc (computer A2S4000 and monitor A2M4090), 1985. The hosted file is a 53-page scan of the whole set. It covers the IIc keyboard, system board and power supply (folder dated September 1985), the disk drive (folder CSCS7-A) and the monochrome monitor, with schematics, GridTrace location guides, parts lists, troubleshooting for the computer, preliminary service checks and photographs. The preliminary service checks list replacement parts for the monitor: rectifiers D701-D704, fuses F701 and F771, horizontal output transistor Q18 and regulator transistor Q701 (PDF p. 40). The monitor schematic and its notes are near the end of the scan (PDF pp. 48-51), followed by photographs of the monitor boards.

The scan is a single 1.2 GB PDF and the section is four pages long; it is cited on Apple Monitor IIc.
