Psion Teklogix's own customer FAQ for the Psion netBook. The single most useful surviving manufacturer document for diagnosing PC Card problems, because it gives the numbers: the netBook slot is limited to 800 mA and supports 3 V and 5 V cards; a main logic board design change in September 2002 raised that power, with earlier machines limited to 300 mA; and the Series 7 slot is limited to 200 mA. Also confirms the Series 7 runs at 133 MHz, roughly 30 per cent slower than the netBook, with its operating system in ROM and therefore not field-upgradeable.
