PowerBook 150 developer note, Apple Developer Press, 1994, 64 PDF pages with a text layer. It refers to the machine by its code name, JeDI. Contents:

  • Chapter 1, PowerBook 150 System Overview: features (33 MHz 68030 with a 16 MHz power-saving mode, 1 MB ROM, 4 MB DRAM, PowerBook Duo RAM cards to 40 MB through memory adapter kit M3179LL/A, 640 × 480 dual-scan FSTN with 4 levels of grey, internal IDE drive, HDI-30 SCSI and one serial port, sound output only, NiCad battery with a 2.4 V backup battery, 5.5 lb); compatibility issues (IDE drive support, no SCSI termination power, no SCSI disk mode, modem slot, DRAM expansion slot, Gestalt value 115); video display; block diagram and top and bottom views of the logic board; memory adapter connector pinout.
  • Chapter 2, IDE Hard Drive Interface: the 44-pin connector pinout and signal table.
