Parameters
[edit source]- source: Where the material originates (e.g., manual title, book, website URL).
- author: Name of the creator or copyright holder.
- permission: Any permission granted (e.g., “Used with permission from …”).
- license: Applicable license if any (e.g., “All rights reserved”).
- resolution: Dimensions of the image or length of excerpt (e.g., “600×400 px”).
- rationale: Explanation of why the non-free content is used and how it qualifies as fair use.
