It is a user manual, not a service document. For a repairer it gives the care instructions, battery procedures, resets and Psion's specification for the 3c.

* 2 MB ROM; 1 MB or 2 MB RAM; NEC V30H at 7.68 MHz
* Two AA alkaline cells, about 80 hours; a CR1620 lithium backup cell
* Optional mains adaptor, 10 V ± 10 % (9-11 V), 250 mA; approved models 1602-0001-02 (UK), 1602-0002-02 (Europe) and 1602-0014-01 (US)
* 58-key keyboard with 9 touch-sensitive application buttons
* 0-50 °C on internal batteries, 0-40 °C on the mains adaptor
* IrDA SIR infrared and RS-232 through the Link cable
