The Macintosh volume of Apple's Service Source is a 79-page service manual covering the original Macintosh 128K and 512K (Apple's cover carries no model numbers at all — the volume is titled simply Macintosh). The PDF was distilled on 15 December 1995.

This page and Macintosh 128K/512K Service Source embed the same file. The fuller treatment of the manual — including Apple's Adjustments → Voltage procedure verbatim — is on that page; this page records the manual under the title Apple actually printed on it.

Service Source volumes are module-level documents. They give Apple's own specifications, symptom charts, take-apart procedures and module part numbers, but they do not carry schematics, board-level parts lists or component values, so they cannot be used to source a capacitor table. Where a figure below is quoted, it is quoted as Apple printed it.
