Schneider DMP3000 Service Manual
The Kundendienst-Handbuch / Service Manual DMP 3000 is Schneider Computer Division's service manual for the DMP 3000 dot-matrix printer — the DACH-region badge of the Amstrad DMP3000. Ident-Nr. 33 624; the document code in the footer is HDS 60259/1500/04/87, which dates it to April 1987. 12 pages, German and English in parallel columns, with a text layer.
Unlike Amstrad's combined DMP2000/3000/4000 manual, this one covers the DMP 3000 only, and it carries a complete electrical parts list.

C32 and C33 are the mains safety capacitors, and the manual contradicts itself about their value: the German column reads 0,0022 µF / 250 V and the English column 0.022/250 V. The Schneider part number, 102A0009-2225, encodes 2200 pF, so 0.0022 µF is the value and the English column has dropped a zero. These are the class-X/Y parts that fail short and smoke in printers of this age — replace them like for like with a correctly class-rated part, and read the marking on the part in front of you.
The two reservoir capacitors, C25 (4700 µF 30 V) and C28 (4700 µF 16 V), are the ones that actually age. Both are specified as 105 °C parts; fitting 85 °C replacements is a downgrade.

The Centronics port sources +5 V on pins 18 and 35, rated 50 mA maximum. That is a real limit and it is the figure to check before powering anything from a printer port.
The DIP-switch table covers DS1-1 to DS1-8 and DS2-1 to DS2-10 with the OFF and ON meaning of each, including page length (11 in / 12 in), paper-end detection, buffer mode and the beeper. DS2-9 and DS2-10 are marked "ohne Bedeutung" — no function.
What it does not contain
