The Commodore 64 Games Book
The Commodore 64 Games Book (cover subtitle 21 Sensational Games) is a 1983 book of type-in games for the Commodore 64 by Owen Bishop in collaboration with Audrey Bishop, published in London by Granada Publishing (Granada Technical Books). The hosted scan is from a printing after the two 1983 reprints.[1] The ISBN is 0-246-12258-7, as printed on the back cover and in the British Library record; the copyright page misprints it as 0-246-12253-7, which fails the check digit.[2][3] The numbered pages run to 131; the British Library record gives 132 pages.[2]
The 21 games are BASIC listings printed directly from working programs on a VIC-1515 printer. Each comes with instructions, notes on keying it in, an explanation of how it works and suggestions for changes. Snorkel uses all eight sprites.[4]
