The Graphics Tablet Operation and Reference Manual is Apple Computer's owner's manual for the Apple Graphics Tablet for the Apple II, copyright 1979. The scan has 67 pages, photographed from a spiral-bound copy, and no usable text layer.

  • Chapter 1, Getting Started: what you will need, unpacking, plugging in, installing the interface card (any slot except slot 0), backing up the diskette, starting up, the menu overlay and aligning the menu
  • Chapter 2, The Graphics Tablet Software: drawing, the menus and the colour menu, saving and loading pictures, viewports and reductions
  • Later chapters and appendices: programming the tablet from BASIC and machine language (firmware entry points and parameters), backing up the diskettes, and care of the tablet (Appendix A: the wood base, sheet-metal baseplate and snap-on cover; keeping magnets and diskettes away; "dead spots" from magnetic exposure or jarring, which a service centre corrects)

What this document does not contain
