Programming QuickDraw: Includes Color QuickDraw and 32-bit QuickDraw is a book by David A. Surovell, Frederick M. Hall and Konstantin Othmer, with a foreword by Scott Knaster, published by Addison-Wesley in its Macintosh Inside Out series, first printing December 1991 (© 1992), ISBN 0-201-57019-X, Library of Congress card number 91-40339. Tim Cotter was the technical reviewer. The text and index are numbered to p. 424; the scan has 446 PDF pages, including the publisher's list of titles in the series and the back cover.[1]
QuickDraw is the Macintosh's built-in graphics library. The book covers the original QuickDraw, Color QuickDraw and 32-bit QuickDraw, from basic drawing to offscreen drawing, image processing and pictures. The back cover describes Othmer as a software engineer at Apple Computer and the project leader for QuickDraw.[1]
