Programming QuickDraw: Includes Color QuickDraw and 32-bit QuickDraw is a book by David A. Surovell, Frederick M. Hall and Konstantin Othmer, with a foreword by Scott Knaster, published by Addison-Wesley in its Macintosh Inside Out series, first printing December 1991 (© 1992), ISBN 0-201-57019-X, Library of Congress card number 91-40339.
