Macintosh Performa 580
The Macintosh Performa 580 is an alternate name for the Macintosh Performa 580CD, the consumer variant of the Macintosh LC 580.[1] All Performa 580 units shipped with a 2X CD-ROM drive; the "CD" suffix was sometimes omitted in marketing materials.

The Performa 580 was sold exclusively in Canada, Asia, and Australia from May 1, 1995 to February 1, 1996. While externally identical to the earlier Performa 575-578 series, the 580 uses a redesigned logic board based on the Macintosh LC 630 architecture with IDE storage and video input capabilities.
