Apple Service Technical Procedures - Lisa/Macintosh XL: the Lisa Level I Technical Procedures, Apple part number 072-0085, 398 pages. The title page reads "Copyright 1983 by Apple Computer, Inc. Revision: October 1984", and the volume table of contents inside is dated June 1986.
The manual is loose-leaf, and the volume table of contents lists a separate revision date for every section, which is how to tell which parts of a copy are current. In this copy, for example, Take-Apart is 7/83, Video Take-Apart is 7/83 except pages 3.9 and 3.10 which are 12/83, Diagnostics is 7/83 except page 5.3 which is 01/85, and Troubleshooting is a patchwork of 8/83, 4/84 and later pages.
