"Rev 2" in this page's title is this wiki's numbering, not Commodore's. The drawing's own revision mark is A. It is a different drawing number from Video Board Schematic (Rev 3, 320033), not a later revision of it — check the number in your own machine's paperwork, or the values on your own board, before working from either.
"Video board" is this wiki's word, not Commodore's. Commodore calls it the display assembly, and it is the machine's power supply as well as its monitor.

What is on the sheet
editThe display-assembly circuit at component level, with values printed against components: the −30 V rail, C23 at 220 µF, C24 at 0.001 µF 200 V, C28 at 10 µF non-polarised, and the mylar and film capacitors in the deflection and boost circuits.
What it does not contain
