Inside Macintosh X-Ref 1988
The Inside Macintosh X-Ref is Apple Computer's combined index, trap list and glossary for its Macintosh programming books, published by Addison-Wesley, copyright 1988 by Apple Computer, Inc. The copyright page prints two ISBNs, 0-201-13694-5 and 0-201-19265-9; the hosted scan is of the third printing, July 1988. The cover subtitle is "Your key to Apple's official programming books for the Macintosh family of computers".[1] The Library of Congress record gives the extent as 122 pages.[2]
Its general index covers eight books: all five volumes of Inside Macintosh, the Programmer's Introduction to the Macintosh Family, the Technical Introduction to the Macintosh Family and Designing Cards and Drivers for the Macintosh II and Macintosh SE, plus the Macintosh Technical Notes for 1984-1987. Each entry carries a letter code for the book (I-V, P, T, C, N). It also has a new index of constants and field names.[3]
